Jewels Not Tools!
Our hair and nails are made of the same things. Why don't we treat them with the same R E S P E C T ?

If you've been serviced by me, then you probably have heard me say "They're Jewels not Tools!"
Nails and hair are made of the same thing (keratin). The protein, keratin, grows out of an opening in the skin called a follicle.
I tell all my clients to treat their nails like “Jewels, Not Tools”. Don’t do anything with your nails you wouldn’t do with the diamond in your ring. Don’t scratch & peel off that label or pop open a can with your nails.
Exposure to whether extremes, chemicals, & cleaning products can affect your nails the same way hair dye & other chemicals affect your hair. Fingernails are more porous and can become easily chapped & irritated. We compromise the strength of our nails by using them as tools.
Would you wash your hair and not put conditioner in it? Moisture moisture moisture! Every time you wash your hands you want to apply more moisture. Cuticle oil or any other type of oil that penetrates the skin will do the trick. Make sure you wear gloves when cleaning and gardening. With proper moisture, protection, and care you will see a tremendous difference in your nails.
Thank me later.
